I won't say it totally solves my issue, but certainly is a considerable improvement. I initially bought the sample pack to try the different designs and sizes. Now I ordered the type and size that works best for me. They are quite comfortable to wear and stay in place well. They are quite good quality also. Still using the first one (now a few months).
