Which wakes me up in the night if there’s even the tiniest amount of mucus. These dilators are amazing. For many years I was having to use nasal sprays to constrict the blood vessels to get an unbroken nights sleep ( you’re not meant to use sprays more than a week ). These dilators are so good, over a few months I've been able to stop using the spray in conjunction with the dilators on one side nostril and I’ve managed to reduce the amount of spray still needed on the other nostril to very minimal so far. The dilators are quite hard, so occasionally I do get a bit sore. I need the small size. Make sure they’re fully inserted with no hangout apart from the centre piece of course, so they don’t fall out in the night, if in doubt I’d recommend going down in size rather than up for that reason. I’ve not tried the soft versions because my nose is so narrow, I think they’d probably collapse and also be difficult to insert. Don’t be put off like I was with there being a lot in box, I have no clue how I manage it, but they are easy to loose. I’m on my second box now. I’ll never be without them. They’re a little uncomfortable, but if you add a little vaseline around them less so. But it’s like someone switching on an air vent, so much more breathable. Most nights I’ve worn these my snoring levels have come down (I’ve been tracking in an all that records) on a few nights I’ve found I’ve not woken with them in so must occasionally sleep-remove them. Impact on breathing is night and day though.
