Very soft and flow-like material for when the kids are "flying". I would prefer a tie with strings over the Velcro becuase Velcro will wear down after a while, but I love the colors. The stickers don't stick to the capes becuase of the soft material but I just use them for other crafts, so it works out really well . :) I use these for events that I host for kids!
