Review: Absolutely love this. I've struggled with acne for 10 years - Absolutely love this. I've struggled with acne for 10 years, despite eating clean and only drinking water, but I can finally say I have found a regimen that works wonders not only for my skin but my overall health as well. I did some research and made a vitamin cocktail which includes Borage seed oil, zinc, and vitamin A. These are just a few of the vitamins and minerals that our skin cells use to prevent and heal acne. When I first started taking the 3 supplements (all with a meal paired with at least 60 oz of water a day) I broke out no more than usual. Rather than panic I continued to take them. I've done plenty of research and was pretty confident that this new dose of goodness was clearing my system, basically detoxifying my body, of all the garbage that was causing my acne. I did my best to not pop any, which took an extreme amount of control, but it was so worth it because after my 2nd week of taking this cocktail of magic those giant cyst and white heads had reduced to practically nothing at all. I haven't tried to stop taking them in fear of breaking out once again due to no longer feeding my body these necessary minerals and vitamins but it is something I will eventually have to do. However I would not mind at all spending my money on vitamins and minerals that prove useful to my health so it is definitely worth it. My complete face regimen is as follows: I wash with any Shea moisture bar soap (black soap is great for acne) I use witch hazel as toner or I'll switch it up and sometimes use equal parts apple cider vinegar and water (the smell takes some getting used to but ACV is also AMAZING for several uses) I only use tea tree oil as a spot treatment (which also has a potent smell but is great!) I moisturize with unrefined cold pressed coconut oil (unrefined is best) with a dab of vitamin e oil (which works miracles on scars anywhere any kind) I use an Aztec clay mask twice a week for a deep cleaning (it has a tingly tightening feeling and might leave your face red for about 20 minutes after) it reduced a lot of the cyst around my chin I also like to just play with other stuff like honey, or tomatoes, occasionally I'll make other kinds of facial masks using ALL NATURAL FOOD PRODUCTS And then of course the 3 supplements 1 tablet of each, vitamin A, zinc, and borage seed oil not necessarily at the same time, but all with a meal Bottom line is really think about and try to understand that what our body puts out is DIRECTLY related to what we put in. Eating right is a big help but sometimes not the answer. On a cellular level we need certain things. All those prescription acne treatments and over the counter products and major companies like clean and clear or proactiv don't actually help your skin, it's a temporary fix, and it makes sense why they would do that, they need people to continue to buy their products over and over, they create a dependency. I really hope this helps someone, I understand the struggle and have just been so happy since I started this regimen.
Review: This product is genuine and it works - This product seems genuine. After only taking it twice - 1 capsule each - I can feel a difference in terms of reduced inflammation and better skin. I combined this with 4 capsules of Krill Oil 500 mg each. That's the right dosage. The EPA/DHA in Omega-3 compliments the GLA well. This combination is excellent for your skin as well as lungs and joints. This is a great anti-inflammatory. Omega -3 alone will not be enough. Of course you need to lower the Omega 6 intake as that's everywhere. This GLA is the ONLY Omega 6 oil that is good for you. Only few things in nature is a source of GLA - an essential fatty acid. Borage , primrose etc..If you eat a lot of meat or smoker, ex smoker, trying to detox and your fat is loaded with toxins - you absolutely need this GLA. The residue from the toxins provides a pathway for lipogenase and COX -2 enzymes to cause serious inflammation. GLA will block the COX-2 as well as Lipogenase thereby lowering inflammation. So always include Omega 3s as well as GLAs into the diet - they are both essential

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best.

When you compare this to other Borage Oil supplements that also have 60 capsules, those are usually priced at $21. This is merely $12, a STEAL for the quality. The other ones I've compared are only 1000 mg capsules, where this is 1300 mg! Others have only 360mg of Omega-6 in total, where this has 781 mg. Others have 220mg of GLA where this has 312 mg per capsule. There is NO COMPETITION for the price and QUALITY. This product works wonders. I just don't feel right without it. If I take 2 capsules in the AM with first meal and 1 or 2 with dinner, my acne is literally GONE, and I have CYSTIC acne. Borage oil is the only thing that has ever worked for my acne. I have horrible circulation to my hands and feet, they are always freezing.. I'm only 19. Yet I take this and they are warm and I feel the blood flowing. My skin is better and my hormones are better because it helps with hormone metabolism. I can't go without this product and I will ONLY purchase Nature's Way. Thank you NW!
