Thanks! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're 5'6" or taller, get a large *by R***K on July 19, 2024* This is a great birth ball to have at the end of your pregnancy. I love that it comes with a yoga belt, peri bottle, and socks. I'm 5'6" and currently 170 lbs at 39 weeks pregnant. At first I ordered a medium ball since that was the recommended size. But after blowing it up, waiting a few days for it to stretch, and adding more air, the ball was still too small. My hips were not higher than my knees when I sat on it. I ended up returning the medium and ordering a large ball instead. The large did take longer to blow up with the foot pump, but it is much more comfortable for me to sit on. I work from home and it's replaced my desk chair these last few weeks of pregnancy!
