I would recommend this product. I WOULD NOT squeeze the trigger with the tool inside the chamber. It may break your striker pin or firing pin. A few 'complaints', but nothing earth shattering. -to have this in GREEN so you can tell the difference between the bore sight and the red dot sight. for ease -there is not on/off, its putting the battery in and it's ON. screwing the end cap fully, doesn't mean it's ON, you have to tighten/loosen the end cap "just enough" to have the laser on. Do your sighting, then take the batteries out. -it seats into the chamber VERY well, to the point where I have to push it out through the barrel instead of extracting it from the chamber. Like I said, it does exactly what you need it to do, bright dot.
