These things are simple and straightforward and require only the basic knowledge of wiring to install. Nevertheless, after the last time I ordered one of these and the resulting farce, I got a proper heating engineer to install it. He couldn't get it to work either.I've had 4 of these and they have all either failed to work properly on installation of failed within a few weeks.To make matters worse, the company I bought them from doesn't really answer the questions. They just send it back to the manufacturer and you end up in an email chain trying to get things resolved.This order was placed on 5th Sept 2019. The product was an authorised return within a month and I still haven't got my £79.99 back.Avoid this lot. Their product is defective, they have rubbish customer service and they don't pay what's owed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Neat and Effective supplemental heating *by P***P on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 August 2018* Ideal for supplementing towel radiator heat in the summer when central heating is off. Its not only in winter that you need to dry towels and flannels. Found a 400w model more than adequate as heats up quickly and offers various levels of heat. I did not use T piece but bought a separate 3 way valve to provide a neater job and so I did not have the extra length of the T piece to contend with for inlet pipework.Have not used timer function as linked into separate wall mounted timer (Timeguard FUSED SPUR TIME SWITCH 7 DAY).Only slight problem experienced with installation was getting the dial to face forward when screwing into the radiator as when screwed fully in it faced backwards! Cured by judicial use of PTFE sealing tape. ### ⭐ It was good! *by A***W on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 July 2016* Fitted it to a towel rail.I initially thought it was good, which it was until it stopped working. I received a replacement, which I fitted, but that has now stopped working. I've tried to contact the seller, but so far have had no response.It may be something that I am doing wrong, but without some help from the seller I'm not going to know.When it did work, it was very good.It was only used in summer, with the radiator valves turned of. In colder weather I used the gas central heating, with the radiator valves turned on, and the heating element switched off.All I want from the seller, is a bit of advice,and,or information about the failure of it for a second time.
