Sadly I had to adjust the band inside (rip it out) The hat then did fit. I do have a large head, I'll have to put a sweat band inside but apart from that It is a lovely hat. If you want something different for the summer get one of these. Delivery box was a tad large, but the order arrived in good time and condition. Did i mention that it is a lovely hat? My 23yr old daughter wanted it.
