The only thing I will add is a red ribbon to go through the top part. We were at Cincinnati's Oktoberfest. 2nd largest in the world. Guess who is first? :) This was perfect! I will be wearing it to another Oktoberfest and then for Halloween. 3 or 4 wears a year! It was 95 degrees in Cinci but this dress is not warm at all. The white top is actually a crop top, but it is completely covered by the dress. The dress is very light and the apron just goes over it. Quite comfy. I went up a size since costumes are usually geared for the young... and I have a chest, so the size was perfect.
