I thought I’d jump in and try it out because we all like a bargain and I have to admit I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. It arrived modestly wrapped in bubble wrap with a label saying made in Indonesia. Taking them out I was surprised at the quality and size. Lifting them up by the hook I noticed that they were off Center balance and leaned to one side. It’s an easy fix by undoing the knot and rebalancing them to the Center. Hanging them up I felt the sail which is the part that catches the wind was a little too long. What a lot of people don’t realise is the sail is on a sliding knot so you can adjust it’s length. I adjusted it quite a bit higher but may adjust again after it’s had a chance to do it’s thing. Personally I think they’re fantastic, they really are equal quality to any of the $20+ wood chimes, and if it means I just have to adjust the balance to save $15 then I’m down.
