Almost all had some effects, surprisingly. Originally I started this with... "Probably”. Now I must say "Definitely" the best Lions Mane product around! While capsules are almost all mycelium(!), this is an extracted mycelium w/fruiting bodies as well. I put in morning coffee, slight alcohol taste, but didn't effect me(I'm struggling with Chronic Lyme disease, and alcohol doesn't work anymore, just makes me sick, almost allergic? No signs of that. Just the taste a bit. Works excellent! I think I'll go back to their capsules again, see if any difference felt. One of the greatest products made, and natural! May reverse Alzheimer's, probably prevent it! I took at first, for nerve support for my Belle's Palsey. Mental clarity was immediate! Like airing out a smoke filled kitchen.
