There is a magnet in the case to keep the flap closed, so without the keyboard in it opening and closing might trigger the auto wake and sleep **Q: Where can you find the battery indicator to see what percentage is left?** A: It will show red at the top next to the bluetooth light and the power switch. If you want to know the percentage, you have to look at the bluetooth on your phone and it should tell you the percentage you have left on the devices paired. **Q: Can the keyboard scratch the screen when the case is closed?** A: I always purchase the screen protector. I don’t any marks on the Tablet from the keyboard. The keyboard is heavier than I expected. **Q: Has anyone had issues with the S-pen not working when writing or making highlights on documents? I use the S-pen to write and highlight a lot.** A: Yes and no. The pen will work, but it is rough anywhere where the magnets are. Even the magnets that hold the keyboard in place interfere. Love the different colors you can use to light the background of the keyboard. It was so easy to set up via Bluetooth, no problems at all. My Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 fits perfectly and the magnets on this case are strong. I also like the fact that the S-Pen is secure within the cover of the case so there's no chance it will fall off only to get lost. My tablet is also protected from accidental drops. It's a bit heavy (due to the magnets) but for what you get with this keyboard/case, it's a non-issue to me. If you're looking for a keyboard/case that does it all, I highly recommend this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality case and keyboard *by D***L on September 16, 2020* The quality of this case and keyboard is excellent for the price, considering it's about 1/4 the price of the original Samsung keyboard cover.Pros: the keyboard is backlit, you can choose one of 7 available backlight colors, this is a huge advantage over the Samsung keyboard. Also being a bluetooth keyboard you can use it paired to other devices (phones, tablets, computers, etc) whereas the Samsung keyboard works only on the Tab S6 since it's electrically connected through four contacts in the base of the tablet.The keyboard is battery powered, this can be thought as a pro (it doesn't use the tablet's battery) but also a con (you need to keep it charged). The keys tactile feedback is really good, with adequate key travel. The keyboard weighs 216 grams (7.62 oz).The cover is nice, looks smooth and professional, and securely protects the S Pen when fully closed, not so when working using the cover as stand like the Samsung cover. The cover weighs 384 grams (13.55 oz), so the cover + keyboard combo has a total weight of 600 grams (21.17 oz). The Galaxy Tab S6 with one microSD card inserted and the S Pen in the back weighs 428 grams (15.1 oz), so the cover + keyboard is heavier than the tablet itself. The total weight of keyboard, cover and tablet is therefore 1028 grams (36.27 oz or 2.27 lb).Cons: definitely the weight. There are probably several lighter options, including the Samsung keyboard cover. Another con is that you need to put in place the keyboard every time you open the cover and transform it into a stand, ie you need to put the keyboard in the correct place at the edge of the cover. The keyboard stays firmly on top of the cover thanks to the magnets inside the cover. The Samsung cover looks easier to set up when opening and when closing the cover.This cover doesn't look like a shock-proof protection for the Tab S6, at least not if it falls on one of its corners. There are probably stronger / more protective cases, but I think those cases are more adequate for phones, as phones are much more likely to be dropped.All in all I definitely recommed this keyboard cover, in particular if you need to commute with your tablet in a suitcase or bag (it protects the front and back of your tablet). Also quite recommended if you'll be using the keyboard often.
