I thought that by buying these he would think of me every time he looked down to his keys. The rose gold elephant on my keyring has held up beautifully, with minor scratches, and with the way my keys are tossed around from purse, to backpack, to kitchen table, I'm honestly surprised that the scuffs are so minimal. However, my boyfriend, who is much more gentle on his keys than I, has shown me where the black coating on his elephant has /completely/ rubbed off.
