My husband received this very useful heating pad but was disappointed that there was NO 'OFF' bottom. When I looked at reviews, several comments were that they were not happy because there was no shut off and that user had to get up and unplug to turn off! After I started my return I read instructions to find that to turn off, you simply press TWO BUTTONS TOGETHER!! GREAT PRODUCT!
