Or it can play a song for you showing the notes. **Q: does this keyboard have a headphone jack?** A: Just got this 54-key RockJam and YES -- it does have a 3.5 mm headphone jack output -- same size as an iPhone or a laptop. AND it does silence the speakers when engaged. It also has full size keys and very compact --33" long -- just right for sitting on the couch and practicing. **Q: Does it require any batteries?** A: This 54-key RockJam takes 6 ea D size batteries. Can also use the included AC adapter.
