Wish that part was made of metal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect clone, made in Taiwan *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 21, 2021* It is a perfect clone of the original, made in Taiwan, comes complete with the little plastic clips that hold in the actuating rods, and fits "like it was made for it" - which of course it was.I can't speak to the sturdiness but the original lasted 29 years and only broke when corrosion caused the lock pins to hang up. I did find one that seemed to be chrome instead of black plastic, had not budgetary constraints been in effect, I might have tried it.I guess I treated my original kindly, it gave me 200K+ miles. I was surprised when it popped one day (before anticipated heavy use, of course) but I was really surprised to find this heavily used item had a plastic actuator arm. How much could they have saved? Well, whatever, I guess. Had the new one installed in less than ten minutes.Hard to believe Amazon carries what would could be considered a niche product . But lately I continue to be amazed and my search for anything will always begin here. Got an obscure light switch to replace? Toothpaste no one else carries?Anyway, I recently began looking more closely at the gates of Toyota truck, it would appear many of them use the same handle. Got a 'Yota?
