You never know. But, I ended up being very happy with it. Out of all the ebike components I ordered, this battery took the longest by far to get to me, about 11 days to reach me in North Central Florida. However, I believe that's because they ship from China which would also explain the poor grammar in the description. When you think about it, 11 days all the way from China is not bad. Considering the great price and inclusion of the rear rack, it really was worth the wait. I put it on a fat tire mongoose dolomite equipped with a 48v 1000w front hub motor. It was a very heavy bike to begin with, and my thinking was that having the motor in the front and the battery in the back would make for a more balanced bike. When I opened the first two flaps of the box I was surprised to find a package of ear buds sitting on top of the inner flaps. Was it a mistake, or just a free bonus? I'm not too sure. It was a weird and cool surprise though. I think it shipped mostly charged because it only took about three hours for the light on the charger to turn green. The range is great, just as descibed. On my first ride I rode it hard (lots of heavy throttle use) for over 20 miles thru loose sand and over steep hills. I would say I had enough juice left at the end to go maybe another 10 miles if I was careful and just used pedal assist. If you rode conservatively, just using pedal assist and maybe a little throttle over hills, coasting on the down slope, you could probably get well over a 40 mile range out of this battery. In short, I was very glad I took the chance and ordered it. It was well worth the wait and I would definitely recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid battery, good customer service. These batteries are made real-time - so don't freak out. *by 9***1 on December 12, 2018* I converted my Kona Dew Deluxe to electric with a controller and 1000 watt front wheel. The SLA batteries I tried initially were _functional_, but the bike had a range of about 6 miles @ approx. 50% throttle use. Since upgrading to the Joyisi pack, the utility of the bike has increased exponentially. I need to add a better gauge so I can drain the battery more fully between charges, but I'm getting at least 20 miles per charge, including some very aggressive uphill segments. On flat ground, the battery powers the bike to approx. 35MPH; even on really steep hills with minimal pedal assist, I do at least 15MPH. Biking 15MPH uphill with little/no effort is EPIC.Very happy with the battery. I wound up using a different seatpost rack instead of the pannier-style rack Joyisi provided, but that was more due to the geometry of my bike than any issue with the rack.When you order, keep in mind that the packs need to be assembled, tested, shipped to America, make their way through customs, and eventually get to your door. This is NOT a 2-day process; mine took about 2 weeks (which was within the quoted delivery date range).Awesome battery, solid charger. 10/10. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely Happy *by T***T on August 3, 2018* We bought 2 of these to go along with our AW 26"x1.75" Front Wheel Electric Bicycle Motor Kits and they work perfectly! The batteries that came with and were recommended by the wheel manufacturer were "clunky", had to be mounted in hanging bags and just didn't work well. These Li-ion Battery with Battery Holders are sleek, fit our Beach Cruisers perfectly, give us a rack to carry our "beach stuff" and one of the best features is how easy they are to charge! They lock in place when we are out and about, but I can unlock them, slide them both out and take them into the RV for charging when we return.
