It was a fairly thick nylon and I would break out. I saw this and thought to give it a go. I bought the large. From the reviews I’ve read this ran very small. The large is perfect fit (I’m small framed) anyway, it stayed on my head comfortably.... well as much as something strapped to my face can be lol. In the morning I noticed a change right away. Of course there is a crease on my face but it goes away and my sagging jowls slightly lifted lol. Currently using it a week or so and I can see a significant difference. I’m going to continue using this product.
