A: As 4 ft 11 maybe a small. Im 5'7 and 170 lbs amd i got a large and they are a little short in the legs . So you could go with a small probably. Good luck

I ordered 3 of these because I really loved the softness, the waist band fit (reason why I bought it because I have a bit of a belly), and the look of the jogger scrubs. After a few washes I am getting cotton balls on the material and have had to use a fabric shaver. Otherwise, I don’t know if this scrub bottom will last long, but I do still enjoy wearing them regardless of the maintenance. I do not think I’ll be buying anymore of their particular bottom, but I have bought the same style from the same brand in another fabric style and those ones have washed nicely after a few times with no cotton balls.
