I ordered the lightest color because I am typically the fairest shade in most lines, but it was too light! They stood behind their product and got one sent to me in the right shade right away! As far as the product goes, it's on par with the original powder foundation from Bare Minerals. As a stay at home mom, I love the ease of application and it looks natural while still covering well. I also like that it is better for my skin than foundation or tinted moisturizer.Just be aware that Fair is extremely light. Fair II is a shade darker and has a yellow undertone to cancel out redness. I've used this powder for a couple years and always been very happy with it as well as the customer service. Sadly the latest tub that I ordered was not the same as previous tubs.I wrote to the company who was super nice and helpful as always, and sent me a replacement. I was relieved that maybe the formula hadn't changed and I'd just got a bad batch.Unfortunately, while the replacement tub was different from the offending tub, it was still also different from my old tub. So now I don't know if I got a bad batch, if the formula changed, or if it's just inconsistent. Regardless, at this point I'm on the hunt for a new brand as this isn't working for me anymore.
