I hate scrubbing my idli trays (especially between batches) and these prevent me from needing to. The idlis are perfectly shaped and pop out beautifully. My only complaint is that they fit in the tray kind of awkwardly. They fit in my tray just like they do in the picture - just a little big. When you stack the trays you gotta make sure that the liners are adjusted just so in order to make sure nothing spills and your trays aren't askew from partially sitting on one of the liners. But that's not a big deal and doesn't subtract from their value.
