There are 7 pockets in our travel garment bag. You can fit in pretty much anything and everything you need - laptop, documents, passport in the large outer pocket. You can fit in shoes and underwear in the zip pockets on the inside of the bag. There is also a pocket for jewelry or other delicate small items. We travel ourselves with these bags and they are ideal for short weekend trips and even 1 week long trips if you like to travel light. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact as via "ask a question" when you click on seller name "say houm" on the item listing.

**Q: The carry straps say they are adjustable, but can it be adjusted long enough to carry over the shoulder?**
