There were no directions on how to put them together or any of the other decorations. But once everything is up and in place, it was super adorable. I had some issues figuring out the tassels but we made it work and looked pretty good. Everything you need IS included to string banners. Not a big deal in the long run but kind of stressful when trying to set up the party.
