Taste is not that great but it puts me to sleep quick if I relax. I found if I’m not relaxed, I can stay up all night after taking it. My biggest concern is that the consistency and color of the product has changed. It used to be clear and liquidity, now it’s pink, thick and slimy (See pics). I haven’t tried the new bottle yet. I did check the ingredients on the new bottle and looks like they added “beet root color” and used less Citric acid, so the recipe has changed slightly.
