It is the first time I ever used it. The "Hard" version of it is too tough for my old hands to work with. But oh, there was a day when I could have worked with it. So, instead, I turned around and purchased the "Medium" version of this stuff. I can work with that, but barely, but that's OK. I might try a soft version of it, but I don't want to lose the ability of casting molds of it in high detail. I'm older now, though. But oh, there was a day... I can attest that it will work well with silicone materials due to its sulfur free formula. It also works well with latex. It doesn't have much of a smell except maybe when heated. It's not a strong or unpleasant smell. It will need to be warm (90F/32C) to shape, but will slump, unless you wait for the clay to cool (70F/21C). You could use an armature wire to to prevent slumping while warm, or cool by spraying "dust-off" holding the can upside-down. It is a very hard clay though, and will hold its shape better than other oil clays. **Q: Can I use this to shape a cars interier and exterior, will it hold up?** A: Only to make a mold of it. The hard clay you have to beat in a crockpot to be able to work with it.
