I was a little upset at first because the shipping box looked Terrible! It was gauged in a few places and looked very roughly handled over all. It was actually in great shape despite the appearance of the shipping box. I had to attach the 5 wheels, a cover plate, lift, lever and 4 screws. I didn’t actually need the instructions it was so simple but it’s good to have a reference picture. It took me less than 2 minutes. Be careful snapping the wheels in though; I pinched myself once. After I got it together it looks great, seems sturdy, glides and swivels well so far.
