Review: Be alert and vigilant! - If you've worked with air fryers before, you should be more " at-home " with the Emeril Power Air fryer 360 Max. Not so, for me. I like the size ( I have the XL model ). It will cook a lot of stuff, once I get the " hang " of this thing. The unit is a handful, but reasonably compact. It takes a few inches more of counter space than my microwave. So how does it cook? That's where being vigilant and alert come into play. So far, 1 ( one ) meatloaf ( 2 lbs g. turkey, 3 eggs, 3 handfuls of oatmeal, peppers and seasonings ), baked at 375 for 65 minutes. It was slightly overbaked, with sticking sides and bottom. Still, very good texture and flavor. 2- 1inch pork chops, air fried for 25 min/side at 350 degrees. Nice texture and tender. 1 mac & cheese casserole. 350 degrees for 40 min. Nice, but probably better baked 10 minutes less. 2 loaves of sweet potato bread. Baked for an hour each at 350. Good ( will try baking at 325 deg ) Finally, toast. 4 slices at a pop. Unit calls for 4:45 for medium brown at 160 deg. The first time, I started the bread on the wrong shelf, too low. I lost a couple of minutes. When the time expired, it wasn't even close to brown, so I ran the program again. After 6 minutes, total time, I saw the bread begin to toast. I let the unit run to completion. My toast was really that! Nice and brown, crunchy, with no moisture inside. The second batch was no better than the first, even though I got the shelf correct at start-up. The toast aside, I think I'm going to enjoy using the air fryer. With no prior experience, using recipes and cooking procedures tailored to traditional baking, I don't think I did too bad. I see the potential for convenience, reduced cooking time, and healthier meals. I've got some learning to do. But then, I don't need to be like Emeril!
Review: My Best Buy in 2021 - I really love my Emeril Lagasse 360 air fry oven. When I first plugged it in, it gave off a light smoke, but was gone in minutes. I first cooked easy things like FF and onion rings. But I graduated to beautiful toast and then my famous Eggplant Parm! I was all set for my husband to find fault in it ( go figure) but he said the eggplant was perfectly tender and the breading a beautiful color and crispy. The second time it did not fail, perfect! Then I went for Rotisseries chicken, oh boy was that ever good, moist and crispy. Didn't fail the second time either. Also the oven is easy to clean and the Drip pan even easier. I even left the Rotisserie chicken dripping on drip pan till the next day to clean, Ha! the burnt on juice came off so easy, I really was amazed. I have to say it was the best investment I ever made. Now that the children are grown and left the nest, it's just two of us and the Fry oven is better than heating up the kitchen with my stove oven. I truly hope you all enjoy your Emeril La gasse 360 as much as we have.

**Q: What temperature does the 1800Watt XL go up to - 400° or 450°?**
A: It depends on which setting you are using. Airfry stops at 400, bake goes up 450.

**Q: Received my unit today. came with 3 crisper trays dispute parts list only showing one. any reason for 3?**
A: IT's THE ''MODEL''!!!! ...This is the ''middle'' version of the AirFry360 (1800 Watts!!). The smaller version (1400 Watts) only comes with one crisper and NO vertical rotisserie stand.

**Q: I've got 17" in height under my cabinets. by what i've read this oven should fit with room. does anyone have a different opinion before i order?**
A: I have the family sized one and I also have 17" of space under my cabinet.  It is plenty of space and I have had no problem with the fit.

**Q: Are there vents on top?  Can you store metal pans or something like cutting boards on top of it?**
A: You can purchase on Amazon cutting boards that are specifically designed to sit on top of small appliances that get hot. They do not absorb the heat and then anything can be placed on top! Just search for heat resistant cutting boards!

If you've worked with air fryers before, you should be more " at-home " with the Emeril Power Air fryer 360 Max. Not so, for me. I like the size ( I have the XL model ). It will cook a lot of stuff, once I get the " hang " of this thing. The unit is a handful, but reasonably compact. It takes a few inches more of counter space than my microwave. So how does it cook? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ DOES EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED!! ...

ABOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I can hardly boil water, yet right out of the box, we simply read the Owner's Manual, then did a ''rotisserie chicken'' from one of the recipe books! PERFECT!!! This is the 360 Max XL ''1800 watt'' model, so it includes 3 crisper baskets (instead of one), 1 pizza rack, 1 baking tray, 1 drip tray, 1 rotisserie assembly, 1 vertical carving stand, and 2 recipe books. Ships VERY well packaged. You are made aware of the following in the Owner's Manual: 1) The outside gets HOT! 2) YES, you CAN put this 360 Max XL on the counter top, UNDER your cabinets!!! ... as long as you have at least 5 inches of clearance from the top of the Max XL to the bottom of your cabinets! 3) If you are worried about damaging your counter top, you can always purchase a ''toaster oven mat'' to prevent any heat issues. 4) NO electrical extension cords can be used. IMPORTANT: Until you have some experience with the 360 Max XL, I would suggest using a food thermometer whenever possible. Although you can customize cooking times and temperatures to whatever you desire, or simply use the default settings included with the 360 Max XL, some folks like to know the level of how well-done the inside actually is. There is a ''Pause'' button to stop/restart the process at anytime. Is virtually silent when air-frying! THE 360 Max XL COOKS FOOD M-U-C-H FASTER THAN A CONVENTIONAL OVEN!!! - so pay attention when first starting out! Worth the price!!! P.S. I would also suggest the purchase of an ''Air-Fryer Cooking Time & Temperature Chart'', available here on Amazon.
