A: I don't know about the size part but they're not true to size.  They are very small.

**Q: Please tell me. Size 30 "W is Small-28"-30"?**
A: I wear a size 36, got a size 36 and was like two sizes too small! Get bigger size if you want them to fit. Never did return them, gave them to someone else. Won’t buy again.

Took my new Elite Sport shorts for a roll this morning. Really impressed very comfy and durable. Groin is elasticated so allows for a full range of movement without any restrictions to guard play. No velcro so nothing to snag very comfortable tie system. Very impressed.
