When you get it unscrew the head and remove a plastic decay shield or the batteries can't make contact and it won't work. Also don't think the batteries are Lithium as stated. But it does have as nice bright beam that matches a lot of full size flashlights, will extend to 21 inches and head flexes. Both magnets are strong enough to pickup a screw driver (tried more than one) which surprised me, so certainly will pick up screws, nuts, etc. Set it on a flat metal surface or an overhead one and it stays nicely, also picked up two 12 gauge steel brassed shotgun shells at the time same easy. . Metal body is sturdy, reminds me of the small mag-lights. Time will tell if it holds up to daily shop use, but it seems to be substantially made and has a bright beam and powerful magnets. Other than that, just another flashlight.
