You really have to figure out as with all coffee beans how much to use for say 4 cups. I used too many beans...but i would say that i used Hornig beans before this one and i must say that i prefer this coffee bean as you do not have to use as many beans as with Hornig. Hornig is £16 and this one is £12 which i am really pleased with. I have a little honey just wrapped around the spoon to taste a little sweetness. My husband said it is sweeter even without the honey. So overall this is a good coffee. The one thing i wished is that the closure of the top of the bag is not ideal. No little label for me to secure the bag and stick. But i will find a container to put Beans in i think as it is a big bag to store.
