I am told it is one of the few scents ok for chemically sensitive people. Personally I prefer everything fragrance free, then I can add scent as I wish, but it is not a dealbreaker. I did not find that the mint stung my eyes as other reviewers did, but I do try to keep hair products out of my eyes. Overall, this is a great product and I wish there were more out there like it.
