A comparable leather cover directly from Apple costs north of $50, so it was a relief to find this leather cover for only $12. The leather is nice and soft, and it is decently "grippy" too, which greatly aids in reducing accidental drops because of the slick AirPod case design. The AirPod case fits snuggly inside this cover and does not move once inserted. There are no issues in opening the lid and the cover feels secure. It does successfully support wireless charging and the standard lightning port is still easily accessible. I haven't used the strap and attached clip on the back, but it appears to be well-made.
