**Q: What size is the train? G-scale?**
A: Hi I am not sure but they are perfect size for my Christmas village the trains are about 3-4 inches in height and about 4-5 inches in length depending on the type of car hope this helps I have had them for 2 years now and I am very happy with them

**Q: I cannot find anywhere to place 3 AA batteries in the Starlight Express train set. Where specifically are these inserted?**
A: The top part of the engine and the first car pops up and comes off in order to insert the batteries.

**Q: Can you turn off the sound?**
A: Hello, when the train is running the sound is on, there is no switch to have the train running and the sound off.  Item 44762 The Christmas Cable Car has a switch to turn the sound off and on when running, eHobbyTools

Sadly so poorly made. We purchased a bunch of items excited to decorate for Christmas. Have to return them all. Broken and missing pieces, definitely can’t be passing these down as I had hoped
