It provides a light coverage but you can apply more to get a heavier coverage. I like to use a powder also so it gives a matte look. However they quit making the L-3 color that matches my skin tone, then I switched to L-4. Recently I have been having trouble finding the L-4 color anywhere on the internet. Finally I had to order L-1 and L-7 and mix them to come up with an in between shade.
