I got in touch with the maker using the contact sheet that came with the hookah and they were very helpful and got me a new bowl shipped within a couple days. Fortunately I had a spare bowl so I got to test it right away. The hookah hits pretty well and I definitely can't complain for $30. I'd recommend this to anyone who is new to or experienced with hookahs. Good luck! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great hookah, hose problem is an easy fix *by D***E on January 14, 2015* Had this hookah for a week or two now and I am very happy with it. The hoses are a regular length so don't expect to get a huge range from them. Also I saw many people talking about how one of the hoses wouldn't work and I noticed this problem as well. After some tinkering and investigation I found the problem is not the hose but the bearing used to seal the airway when someone is smoking the other hose. For some reason the bearing won't come lose to allow proper air flow through the hose. Quick fix was to take out the bearing, use the hose on that side and put the end cap on the other side with the working bearing (giving you a single hose that you can still purge). If you do still want the 2 hose set up, the person with the no bearing hose will have to cover the tip when the other is drawing smoke to create a proper seal. In my opinion not a huge hassle especially considering what you are paying.
