For some reason, I've been sweating constantly lately (it's not menopause!) and having hot flashes. It's so bad that I can't put my make-up on in the morning without immediately sweating it all off. My face and my head sweat the most - I'll be walking upstairs or something and sweat will literally start dripping out of my hair - it's really awful! These fans are an absolute life-saver. I can wear them when I'm putting on makeup and my face won't sweat. They have 3 settings from a low breeze to a high fan setting blasting air right into your face. I'm not sure what the function of the lights is, but I guess it's pretty cool to have changing LEDs right in your face. I tried to plug it in today, and the port was missing - apparently it has broken off and fallen in side the device (it isn't in my charging cable). Nice device, apparently cheaply built.I received a replacement from the company for the fan that broke. I have revised my review upwards to four stars to recognize the great customer service.
