Can't beat that! If you haven't tried this curry, I highly recommend it. Also, my wife doesn't like spicy food at all, but she likes the flavor of the green box (medium hot) much better than the mild. it's really not spicy, but has great flavor. Everyone may have different ways of making it, but we typically cube and brown some chicken breast, then add potatoes, carrots, and onions, along with water, and boil until the carrots are soft. Then take the block of curry out of the box and chop it up a bit as this helps it disolve into the nice stew it creates. Add it to the pot with the meat and veggies, and let it simmer a bit, and then serve it with sticky rise (calrose). So good!
