There is a problem with the design though. There are only 4 leather squares at one end of the strap. Since the squares are what actually holds this strap under the waist of your pants, it would be much better if there were more, or if they were evenly distributed along the entire length of the strap. In its current design, this strap will slide above your pants and become visible in the back. I was horrified to realize that I had been walking around the office with a strap sticking out of the back of my pants before I realized that this could be an issue. Another problem that I have with this is the thickness of the piece the attaches to the shirt button. It's way too thick. I can easily tell all the shirts that I have used this with because they all have visibly loose bottom buttons now. Even a couple shirts that were brand new when I wore this. I feel like repeated use will ruin the bottom button on my shirts. I would recommend spending a little more on something with a better design.
