I travel every week on airplanes. The cabin is always cold. This I can wrap myself up in and it retains my body heat. I ordered it in black. My husband and I went on a cruise and I wanted something to throw over my shoulders on cool evenings. One day I tossed it over a white blouse and in about two minutes, my blouse was completely coated in black fuzz. Luckily, I took a sticky roller with me. Needless to say, I did not use the shawl further and returned it when I returned home. I’m really sad about this because I liked the size and the idea of it, but it shed badly and picked up fuzz, hair, and random threads too. I don’t know if the fabric content has changed (30% wool/70% cashmere) or not, but it was unlike any cashmere that I have. It could be that the more brightly colored shawls shed less.
