It's more a review of :- A:- The shabby way it was packaged (or re-packaged by the look of things) B: -The fact that parts were missing from the stand (which wasn't the correct one for the item and made it very unstable) C:- The instructions were for the wall mounted model D:- The heater itself was bashed I returned the heater and had no problems whatsoever with getting a refund. I have since bought the exact same model from premier-factors on ebay and am absolutely delighted with it. Very sturdy and gives out a great heat.
