I went through the return process and printed the labels. When I dropped the parcel off at UPS, I had my credit card out to pay for return shipping and the guy says to me, 'you don't owe anything'. Of course this product is a lot cheaper than competition but should you want a cheaper yet reliable duffel, you should go for the Helly Hansen duffel or North Face base camp when on special. Truth be told, I believe the main issue comes from a cheap material that does not tolerate cold temperatures and that is simply too thin compared to others. For the rest, the additional strap design could use some work while it's an interesting idea. LxWxH?** A: I was not used to the liter dimension either but in measuring the 65L bag, it is approximately 22L x 16W x 15H. Keep in mind, this duffel is cylindrical in shape. Very heavy duty material and 90L really is pretty huge(think tent, sleeping bag and sleeping pad + clothes). Seems like it would be pretty water resistant too. has backpack straps and a waistbelt as well which will come in handy. Overall I am very happy so far.
