If you mean like a table cloth I would say no it won’t. It needs a flat smooth surface. It won’t stick to wood either. **Q: Would this attach good to a laminate countertop we have bar stools up at our counter and my son makes a huge mess of the floor this would be perfect?** A: I would think so! It attaches very securely to our granite top. As long as the surface is clean and dry I don’t see why it wouldn’t. **Q: My toddler can easily pick this off table.....why?** A: Yes. My experience as well. Didn’t work very well for me either. I tried multiple flat surfaces. **Q: Would this work under a hook on high chair that doesn't come with a tray?** A: No, needs a hard surface to lay on. It’s like silicone. ## Frequently Bought Together - UpwardBaby Silicone Placemats for Toddlers- Suction Baby Placemat for Restaurants & Home with Food Catching Pockets-Kids Placemat for Dining Table-Washable Wipeable Nonslip BPA-Free Placemats for Kids - Ingenuity SmartClean Toddler Booster Seat for Dining Table with 3-Point Harness Straps, 1 Count (Pack of 1) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/167961009-upwardbaby-silicone-placemat-suction-food-catcher-non-slip-mint](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/167961009-upwardbaby-silicone-placemat-suction-food-catcher-non-slip-mint) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
