A must have for weights and rowing machines. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ "micro" gloves deliver BIG !! *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on April 15, 2016* So, I bought these "micro" gloves for my girlfriend to see how she would like them. I prefer to just chalk up my hands and get to work, but after grinding it out at the gym my girlfriend began to develop some minor calluses on her palms...as one would expect. Calluses for me are a sign of "working hands", but they definitely don't have the same meaning for woman...or in this case my girlfriend. Now, these "micro" gloves are just that...micro. They are not a typical style workout glove in the sense that they only cover about half the palm. I had her try them out for a couple weeks to let them get broken in (I know, I know, this isn't a baseball glove, but still) and to see how they felt. Once she got over the initial awkward feel of onlyhaving half a glove, she actually felt as if they helped her out. For example, when we would deadlift, she used to need the help of lifting straps to get through the set. With these micro gloves she was able to maintain a pretty significnat grip on the bar to where she didn't need the straps. Same thing when she was doing LAT pulldowns. The bar at our gym has some pretty serious grip etching, so these gloves helped out with comfort as well as grip.
