## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are the dishes rough on the bottom or smooth?  As in, would they scratch a table?**
A: Well, for the most part they are smooth but there may be a spot or two that are a little rough.  I always use a placemat underneath any dinnerwear. I am very pleased with Certified International dinnerware

A: Not sure, but probably China

**Q: is this melamine dinner ware?**
A: No, it's definitely not melamine. It has a ceramic feel and can chip easily.

I love these, they are beautiful and I decorated my entire kitchen around them! Imagine my dismay, and pain, when I took a plate out of the microwave for the first time and it was so hot it left blisters on my hand and I dropped it immediately, breaking the dish and getting hot spaghetti all over my foot!

This dinnerware is bright and cheerful. The bowls are perfect for cereal and I love that each bowl has a different pattern. The plates are a good size, not overly large and they feel substantial but not too heavy. I'm so glad I purchased this set.
