I work in a cold storage warehouse with water puddles on concrete floor and my feet stay dry but toes get a bit cold ( I think because of the steel toe). Non slip sole works okay but not as good as my former laced boots. I am a size 11 and the boot fits good, snug fit over my jeans and easy to take on/off. Update: Almost a year later wearing 2-3 days a week treads wearing out and soles cracking on both boots; leaking.
