A: Hi, Thank you for showing interest in our product, there is a cane loop (chain) attached about 15 inches in length ( WIRE AND HOLDER FIXED ). However you can use any rope depending on the desired place where you want to hang it.

A: Yes, but you have to remove during rainy season
