The other part is that the rolls stick to each other and to the plate. As i pull away, they rip. I've already made 20 rolls so far with this brand. They start ripping if they are over stretched and or if you want the rolls a bit chunky may need a large sized rice paper. I bought this because I like spring rolls and use fresh raw veggies with a dipping sauce, Delish! This rice paper was not too easy to handle once soaked but it is versatile since they can be soaked or fried. Debating if its a skill problem or the quality of brand. Ill have to try another brand when I'm done with this batch.
