They're being used as intake fans and I've set them at a constant 50% fan speed. According to my software 50% is 1100rpm and at that speed they shift a lot of air while producing no noise. I'm sitting about 1 metre away from the case and can't hear them. Above 50% and they are slightly audible but they move enough air at 50% so I prefer to just lock them at that speed.
