It am able to layer at work and remove in between clients. The fabric is great, well made and beautiful. Oils and creams come out easily in the wash. I will be purchasing more in other colors. The cut of the jacket is very flattering, and I have gotten many compliments while wearing it. It runs small. I normally wear and XL for comfort, and depending on cut a large, and so ordered an XL to be safe...it fit, but was too tight to be tasteful and even the shoulders were cut very slender, much too small.Sizing aside, this seemed to be very well made, with a slight stretch, but not too much, and a fabric that you could spill a bottle of product on and still not stain. The jacket fit was nice everywhere else, but because of the weird pulling, I had to order an extra large. That one pulls at the button too. I have a large bust and a small waist. My shape is usually ideal for a wrap of this kind. I kept the larger size, but plan to alter it to get a better fit. I shouldn't have to do that. *Also, inside the v-neck, there is a strip of material that finishes the edge. It tends to fold outward looking sloppy. The shape is super flattering when these construction issues are not ruining the look.
