Removing the skins helps us achieve that creamy texture. **Q: do you store it in the fridge or outside of?** A: Most people store peanut butter outside the fridge but if you prefer a less runny consistency then wack it in the fridge. There's a real depth of flavour because the peanuts are roasted before being processed. It is really tasty. I like the fact that they put salt in it because a lot of "natural" peanut butter producers leave salt out and peanut butter is not as nice without it. I originlly bought this product because it came in a large container. I use quite a lot of peanut butter in breakfast smoothies so buying in bulk is convenient for me. Now I've tasted it, I won't be buying peanut butter from the supermarket again in a hurry. I like a spoonful blended into a chocolate protein shake for breakfast and it's also delicious on wholemeal toast with blackcurrant jam.
